         This Plate can take 4 Full Characters on the Top Line  (but will not include the Hyphen)
         and 5 on the Bottom Line.

         190mm X 150mm with IRL Flag, Hyphen (-) and NO County Name.

         190mm X 150mm with D Flag, Hyphen (-) and NO County Name

         This Plate can take 3 Characters + Hyphen on the Top Line
         and 4 on the Bottom Line.
